Crispy Corn
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Frozen corn
- 1/4 cup Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Maida
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- Salt
- Oil for frying
- 5 cups Water
- Coriander
Method:
- In a pan, boil water with some salt.
- Add frozen corn into it.
- Boil it for 2 mins on high flame. Corn should be half cooked.
- Take the corn off the flame and drain out the water. Let the corn cool down.
- Add corn flour, maida to the corn and coat it nicely.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Add corn to the oil. Fry till the corn turns crispy.
- In a bowl add fried corn, salt, chilli powder, Jeera powder, garlic powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, Garam masala and mix everything well.
- Serve it with some finely chopped onion, chopped tomatoes(optional) without pulp and coriander leaves.
