Eggless Caramel custard
Ingredients:
- 100ml Cream
- 400 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 10 gms Agar agar powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- For caramel- 1 Cup sugar
Method:
- In a pan add milk, cream,sugar, vanilla, agar agar powder and mix them well for a while.
- Agar agar should completely dissolve.
- Cook it till it starts to boil.
- Keep it aside once the mixture starts to bubble.
- For caramel- add a cup of sugar in other pan and turn on the flame.
- Let it caramelise.
- Take four cups add the caramelised sugar in the bottoms.
- Spread it and coat the bottom of the cups with it.
- Now add the milk mixture into the cups.
- Refrigerate it for an hour.
- Un-mould it and serve.
