Rice Flour Roti




Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp ghee/oil
  • Salt
  • Rice flour to roll rotis
Method:
  • Heat water, ghee/oil and salt in a pan / Kadhai.
  • Once water comes to boil add rice flour to it.
  • Do not mix rice flour.
  • Do not close it with a lid.
  • Let it boil/cook for 15 mins.
  • After 15 mins switch off the flame and mix all the ingredients without any lumps.
  • Let it cool down.
  • Knead the mixture once it is warm.
  • Divide the dough into small portions.
  • Dust some rice flour on the surface. 
  • Take a portion of the dough, using rolling pin start rolling rotis with lite hands.
  • Do not apply pressure. Roll it till you get your desired shape / size.
  • Feel free to use a cutter to shape the rotis round.
  • Heat a pan and place roti on it and cook the roti on both sides with oil/ghee.
  • Repeat the process to make more rotis.

Preparation time : 5 mins
Cooking time : 30 mins
Makes 10 rotis
