Pineapple Pulp Jam recipe | Home made
Love fruit bread spreads? Like to eat everything homemade? Then you must try this home made pineapple jam. It is made of pineapple pulp and it is easy to make. Since pineapple contains enzymes that helps you to digest your food easily it is healthy as well.
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 1/4 Cup water
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
Preparation:
- Heat a pan.
- Take pineapple pulp from a pineapple.
- Add pineapple pulp and water into the pan and cook it for about 15 mins.
- Add sugar and pinch of salt to pineapple.
- Mix it well and cook for another 20 mins.
- Or cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
Storage:
- Store the jam once it is cooled down completely in an air tight container.
- Lasts at-least 3 months when stored in refrigerator.
