Fruit custard is a fruit salad made using custard sauce. It is served as a dessert.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml Full fat Milk
- 3 tsp Vanilla Custard
- 5 tbsp cup sugar
- 1 n 1/2 Cup of fruits(of your choice)
Preparation:
- Take 50 ml of milk in a bowl and mix custard powder to it.
- Boil remaining milk and sugar in a pan.
- Add custard mixture slowly into the milk.
- Keep stirring simultaneously.
- Make sure that no lumps are formed.
- Milk starts thickening and changes to darker shade of yellow.
- Let it cool down.
- Once it is cooled add fruits and mix well.
- Refrigerate custard in refrigerator and serve chilled.
Note:
- This recipe tastes best with vanilla custard.
- Tastes best when served chilled.
- Use full fat milk for best results.
