Custard Halwa with Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup custard powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Chopped Dry fruits of your choice
Preparation:
- In a pan heat a cup of milk with sugar.
- Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves.
- Grease a plate with ghee or butter.
- In a bowl, take remaining milk and add custard powder in it.
- Mix them well. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add the custard mixture to the milk gradually.
- Keep stirring while adding the Custard mixture.
- Keep stirring. It starts to thicken.
- When the mixture is thick and changes colour , it is ready to be poured into the plate.
- Spread the halwa on the plate equally.
- Top it with some chopped dry fruits of your choice.
- Let it set And cool down.
- Place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Slice the Halwa and serve.
