Crispy corn | How to make Crispy Corn | Medley-Of-Flavours

   Crispy Corn



Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup Corn flour 
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder 
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 5 cups Water
  • Coriander 
Method:
  • In a pan, boil water with some salt.
  • Add frozen corn into it. 
  • Boil it for 2 mins on high flame. Corn should be half cooked.
  • Take the corn off the flame and drain out the water. Let the corn cool down.
  • Add corn flour, maida to the corn and coat it nicely.
  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Add corn to the oil. Fry till the corn turns crispy.
  • In a bowl add fried corn, salt, chilli powder, Jeera powder, garlic powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, Garam masala and mix everything well.
  • Serve it with some finely chopped onion, chopped tomatoes(optional) without pulp and coriander leaves.
Preparation Time: 10 mins 
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serves: 4
