Nutella Mousse Shots with Chocolate Cake




Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream(sweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 pack Britannia chocolate cake(Any cake)
Method:
  • Crumble chocolate cake.
  • In a bowl, take chilled whipping cream.
  • Using a hand mixer / whisk, whisk the cream for 5 mins on medium speed or till you get stiff peaks.
  • Now add Nutella to it.
  • Gently mix Nutella into the cream. 
  • Do not over mix else the stiffness of the cream will be damaged or it might turn buttery.
  • Fill the mousse in a piping bag.
  • In a glass add crumbled chocolate cake.
  • Using a piping bag fill the glass with one layer of mousse.
  • Add one more layer of cake crumbs.
  • Again add mousse. Garnish it with some cake crumbs or some cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate it for an hour. Serve chilled.

Preparation time: 20 mins
Serves: 8
