Nutella Mousse Shots with Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream(sweetened)
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 1 pack Britannia chocolate cake(Any cake)
Method:
- Crumble chocolate cake.
- In a bowl, take chilled whipping cream.
- Using a hand mixer / whisk, whisk the cream for 5 mins on medium speed or till you get stiff peaks.
- Now add Nutella to it.
- Gently mix Nutella into the cream.
- Do not over mix else the stiffness of the cream will be damaged or it might turn buttery.
- Fill the mousse in a piping bag.
- In a glass add crumbled chocolate cake.
- Using a piping bag fill the glass with one layer of mousse.
- Add one more layer of cake crumbs.
- Again add mousse. Garnish it with some cake crumbs or some cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate it for an hour. Serve chilled.
