Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber
- Pudina chutney
- 2 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- Sev
- 1 Carrot
- Red chili powder
- Coriander power
- Chat Masala
- Salt
- Imli chutney
Preparation:
- Chop onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Peel off the skin of carrot and grate it using a grater.
- Peel off the skin of cucumber.
- Cut cucumber into discs. Place it on a serving plate.
- Spread pudina chutney on each slice of cucumber.
- Now put onions, grated carrot, tomatoes on to the cucumber.
- Sprinkle chili powder,coriander powder,chat masala,salt and sweet chutney according to your taste.
- Finally add sev to it.
