Sabudana/ Sago upma is a easy breakfast recipe. Usually served as a fasting recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Nylon Sago
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 6 green chillies
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:
- Soak nylon sago over night.
- In a kadhai heat oil.
- Put mustard seeds and let them pop.
- Add jeera, urad dal and let it turn golden brown.
- Add curry leaves,green chillies and saute well.
- Now add sabudana and mix well.
- Let the sabudana turn translucent. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Finally garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
