Schezwan Rice is stir-fried rice in a frying pan with Schezwan chutney. Schezwan chutney is a Chinese chutney.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp jeera
- 2 onions
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 4 tsp Shezwan chutney
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
Method:
- Pressure cook 1 cup of rice.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add jeera, chopped onions and let it turn translucent.
- Add Corn to it. Then add schezwan chutney and saute well.
- Now add cooked rice and salt mix everything well.
- Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Cooking Time: 30 mins
