Fruit salad is a dish consisting of various kinds of fruit, sometimes served in a liquid, either their own juices or a syrup. In this recipe I used mango purée as the liquid. In different forms, fruit salad can be served as an appetiser, a side salad, or a dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 Mango
- 1 cup milk
- 2 apples
- 1 pomegranate
- 3 bananas
- Few cashews
- 2 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
- Chop the mango. Add them to a blender.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- Add sugar and milk to the blender. Blend them smoothly.
- Chop apple and bananas to small pieces.
- Chop cashews.
- Add the chopped fruits, pomegranate and cashews into the mango and milk mixture.
- Mix everything well.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
- Garnish it with few more chopped cashews and pomegranate seeds.
- Mango fruit salad is ready to serve.
