Lassi | How to make Lassi| Medley-Of-Flavours

Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt-based drink that originated in the Indian subcontinent. Today we shall learn how to make a thick,creamy and delicious lassi with very few ingredients.



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 to 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 drops vanilla essence (optional)
  • chopped almonds (for garnish)

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, take a cup of curd and beat it with a whisk or a spatula till it turns creamy and lump-free.
  • Add 1 cup of milk into the bowl.
  • Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Pour it in glasses and garnish with chopped almonds.
  • You can also garnish with your choice of dry fruits.
  • Serve it chilled.

Tip: 
  1. You can also use a blender to mix everything together.
  2. Do not over blend.
  3. Use thick curd and full fat milk for better lassi.
