Carrot Milkshake | How to make Carrot Milkshake | Medley-Of-Flavours

Carrot Milkshake is one of the healthiest Milkshakes. It's one of a kind and very delicious to have and also, have a lot of health benefits like reducing infections, carrot prevents cancer and also boost your immunity. It takes a bit longer time to make this milkshake but, it's worth a try.


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 1 cups water
  • 6-8 Cashews
  • 6-8 Almond
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Preparation:

  • Soak almond and cashews in water few hours.
  • Peel the skin of almond.
  • In a grinder jar, take cashews,almond,cardamom powder and grind it to a fine paste.
  • In a bowl, boil grated carrot with water for 15 minutes,
  • Let it cool down completely.
  • Take boiled carrot into a mixer jar, and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Using a strainer, strain carrot juice from the fine paste.

How to make carrot milkshake:

  • In a blender jar, add carrot juice, sugar.
  • Add cashew and almond paste to it.
  • Add few ice cubes and milk.
  • Now, blend everything together.
  • Carrot Milkshake is ready to be served.

Cooking time: 15 mins
