Garlic Rice is a must try recipe for some one who loves garlic. It is easy to make with added flavours of garlic, red chillies and black pepper in it.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
 - 2 n 1/2 cups water
 - 3 tbsp oil
 - 1 tsp Jeera
 - 2 tsp urad dal
 - 1 Garlic
 - 5-6 red chillies
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
 - Salt to taste
 - Coriander
 
Preparation:
- Cook rice with water in a pressure cooker.
 - For tempering heat oil in a kadhai.
 - Put jeera and urad dal, garlic to it. Let it turn light brown colour.
 - Now add red chillies and saute well.
 - Add rice to the tempering and mix well.
 - Lastly add Salt to taste and pepper powder.
 - Garnish it with coriander.
 - Garlic rice is ready to serve.
