Chai/tea is most consumed drink/beverage in India. Japanese also include this drink in their food.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp tea powder
- 1 n 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml water
- 200 ml milk
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, boil tea powder, water and sugar together.
- Now add milk to it and mix well.
- Boil it for 4-5 mins.
- Using a strainer strain tea into serving glass/cups.
Notes:
- You can adjust the quantity of milk and water according to your taste.
