Ingredients:
- 7 Boiled Potatoes
- 5 Tomatoes
- 3 Onions
- 1 slit green chilli
- 2 Boiled carrots
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- Salt
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 300 ml water
- Finely chopped Coriander
- A pinch of Red Colour (optional)
Method:
- In a pan or large Kadhai, add butter and let that melt.
- Add a slit green chilli, ginger garlic paste and hing.
- Add chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden brown colour.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
- Add boiled potatoes and carrots.
- Mash the everything using a masher till everything is completely mashed.
- Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder , Garam masala and a pinch of colour(optional).
- Add water and mix everything well close it with a lid and let it cook for about 5 mins.
- Finally add chopped coriander and serve with Pav.
